Today we rejoice and celebrate World Day for Consecrated life. Over the years, many men and women have chosen to live out their baptismal vocation by professing the evangelical counsels of poverty, chastity, and obedience. They do this by joining a religious congregation, a secular institute, or through private vows.
We pray for these people the Franciscans of the Primitive Observance and ask God to bless our Church with others who will dedicate their lives to God’s service.
